Replacement Plaques – 25% Discount

The product we use for our plaques are not used for large professional industrial outdoor signage. The products we use are designed for indoor use (or the plaques with UV protection) small-scale outdoor home garden use only.

Unfortunately, these outdoor plaques do not have an ‘indefinite’ life expectancy. No outdoor signage does. The USA manufacturer of these plaques has given these plaques a limited life expectancy warranty for UV exposure:

  • 2 years (photo based)
  • 3 years (signage based)

It is for this reason we try to keep our product costs a reasonable and affordable as possible for our customers initial purchases and we offer a 25% discount off the product price when returning customers want or need to replace their original/previous plaque.

Terms & Conditions for Replacement Discount.

To be eligible for the 25% discount, the replacement plaque design must be the same as the original/previous plaque. No changes or modifications to the graphic design are permitted. The discount waivers the cost of graphic work time normally needed to create and set the plaque design ready for print production. You simply pay for the cost of plaque and printing production.

How to Request a Replacement Plaque

Replacement plaques cannot be purchased through our website platforms.

Simply contact us directly to advise us that you want a replacement plaque for your previously purchased plaque. We will verify and confirm your details, and we still have your original plaque design in our archives.

We will email you a proof copy for verification and your Authority to Print. An invoice (with 25% discount) will be provided with your proof copy. When we have received your Authority to Print and payment, your plaque will be scheduled into the next available production print run and posted to you.
